A: With an (web)application called "IM+ for Skype" provided by Germany based Shape Services. Open with Safari the website and you can login. note: At the time of writing this blog, the site was not available [HTTP Status 404].
Q: What are the functions of IM+?
A: You can call other Skype users over internet and chat (Instant Messaging) with them too.
Q: Does it work well?
A: Well, you may consider to cancel your AT&T contract and only do Skype phonecalls. But WIFI phonecalls are far from stable is my opninion. Reports claims that you cannot talk longer than 10 secondes before the line hangs up. But they are in Beta testing phase. Also chat is delayed by 10-20 secondes but texting is a more stable function than voice.
Q: Can I get it too, now?
A: Maybe, today their website states you can apply for beta testing.
