HOW TO SEARCH:
Turn on the search mode showing on the # keypad (it should be already on when the application loads).
Spell your contact's first, last or company name with the large 9-buttons only keypad.
Smart spelling: To spell 'L', there is NO NEED to press 5 three times, one press is enough.
Use the up and down arrow keys to scroll though the search results and to highlight the contact you want. Or by pressing the search results for a "Finger Scrolling".
After you reached the contact you want, press the Call phone or Send SMS/Email buttons.

The only 3 features of Apple's build-in Dialer that are not available on iSmart Dialer App are dialing to numbers starting with *or #, voicemail and displaying incoming/missed calls.
These features are currently not permitted by Apple's SDK, and cannot be added to iSmart Dialer.
