iPhone TIPS: The $2 Cheap Earbuds Question

As a owner of iPods iPhones and iPads, you once in a while need to replace the earbuds. The white earbuds are included on every purchase of your iDevice. However, when your earbud-set has been lost or broken, you have to pay like $30 for a new set. The good news is, there are cheaper alternatives. The big question: Should I buy $2 Earbuds for my iDevices? Lets have a look at the site DealExtreme.com by far my most favorite site. A colleague mentioned about this site which is originated in HongKong. The big advantage of this company is that they offer free shipping for most of the products, worldwide! Second big advantage is the extreme low prices they ask for the products. There is a special iPhone and iPad section  and even a section with dirt cheap Earbuds. I have bought 5 sets earbuds of the white OEM-look-a-likes after reading and being convinced of the customer reviews. The earbuds are as good as the originals. I don't want to link to the specific product  I bought to stay out of trouble. But just trust yourself and carefully read the customer reviews. I also bought 4 pieces of Car-Cigarette-Power-USB-Adaptor (omg what a long name) from the Top Sellers page for around $2 a piece. I use them to charge my iPhone in the car, and they work like a charm. Or you need a some new case? Search for "Bumper" and you are wondering why the originals are 10 times more expensive than these. As mentioned before, most of the products on DealExtreme.com offer free shipping. And that is great, but you need to be patience, because the ordered product are shipped from HK via regular postoffice agencies. That can take up to 10+ days or more to reach your front door.
